ALL those applicants who's name is in the 2nd Merit list of UHS are directed to report Central Park Medical College, Lahore and follow the follow the following steps; before Thursday, 18 of January 2024
FEE Details Pay the Prescribed fee in the form of a bank draft in favour of
"Health & Education Foundation" NTN # 3029152-6
Fee for Pakistani Students : Rs. 2,250,000/-
Applicants are required to submit a joining report, fee and the following documents at College by the Thursday 18th of January 2024 by 05:00 pm.
1. Valid Matric Certificate or Equivalent Certificate with ‘O’ Level Transcript Equivalence certificate. 2. Valid F.Sc. Certificate or Equivalent Certificate with ‘A’ Level Transcript 3. Domicile Certificate 4. CNIC of the Father (Fee Payer) and CNIC /ب فارم of the student 5. Eight Passport size photographs with sky blue & White background(4+4) 6. MDCAT / SAT 2 entry test marks certificate 7. In case of upgradation from any other medical college, the applicant must provide the proof of fee payment. 8. Attested photocopies of all documents are required.
Joining Report
A joining report has to be submitted by the applicant to the respective college alongwith all latest by 18th of January 2024. in case of failure, the applicant will be dropped by UHS for further upgradation.
Undertaking : All the applicants have to submit an undertaking whether he / she wants to remain at Central Park Medical College or want further upgradation at some other medical college as per preference list.
