About Dr. Rafia

Dr. Rafia Minhas is heading the Medical Education Department at Central Park Medical College. She did her BDS from de` Montmorency College of Dentistry Lahore in 2003. Her passion for teaching and learning led her to do a Master’s in Health Profession Education from Riphah International University Islamabad. Dr. Rafia has represented Central Park Medical College at international forums like AMEE 2023 in Glasgow and MAEMHS 2023 in Malaysia. She has been involved in the development of the integrated curriculum 2K23, of MBBS at the UHS and is an active member of the UHS working group. She has multiple national and international publications. Her expertise includes curriculum development, mentorship, career counseling, faculty development, and innovative teaching strategies.
