About Dr. Irum

She is a Pathology Assistant Professor at Central Park Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan. She did her MBBS from Shifa Medical College Islamabad .She pursued a career in Microbiology from University of Health Sciences. She worked as Infection Control Officer in Saudi Arabia for 5yrs. She has been involved in infection control department at Central Park Teaching Hospital for last 6 years. She is particularly interested in Antimicrobial Resistant Stewardship, Infection Control and CME’S for infection control awareness. She has a number of national and international publications in Pathology. Her confidence, good grip on her subject and strong communication skills proved her to be one of the best teachers.
